  1. Ob & you know my opinion on whether it’s a workout or not, lol. It doesn’t have to be and very often it isn’t. But fitness is important. The strength & energy of the vessel. And if you’ve got the time & energy for a devotional yoga AND a fitness program, more power to ya. I never did though 🙂

  2. Nobody has that kind of time except athletes and entertainers whose bodies are their source of income. The middle road is a place we must all consider at a certain point in our journey. For most people the effort of a daily practice and some joyful movement( hike, sport, walk, dance) is enough to claim health. Gorgeousness on the other hand, is a full time job.
